Children's Art Festival

Each June in conjunction with Springville City's Art City Days SMA hosts a day of fun for all ages, filled with art making, entertainment, and delicious food! This year's Children's Art Festival will take place on Friday, June 11, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
During that time the front lawn of the Museum will be home to over twenty different art experiences for young artists. Booths for this year include: Origami Star Frames, Printmaking, Paper Sculptures, Kites, Storytelling, Rose Window Art, Paper Airplanes, Monster Puppets, Paper Mache Balloons, Glue Gobs, String Atr, Impressionistic Drawings, and more! As always there will be face painting, and a program of entertainment provided by local groups. SMA's Art Royalty will be selling food as a fundraiser (for more about the Art Royalty, click here).
The Festival is free and open to the public. Every year SMA sees over 2,000 children and their families participate in the Children's Art Festival, and we want this year to be bigger than ever!
